Welcome to my blog! As an entrepreneur and a storyteller, I’m thrilled to share my views and life experiences with you. While I have written on platforms like Medium and LinkedIn in the past, this marks my first attempt at writing on my personal blog. In this article, I want to take you on a journey—from my childhood experiences in Dubai to my studies in the USA and Canada, and finally back to the city that holds a special place in my heart.

A City of Dreams: In 1973, my mother brought me to Dubai from Mumbai on a ship, marking the beginning of my connection to this extraordinary city. Growing up in one of the world’s most famous cities, I witnessed Dubai’s exponential growth firsthand. The vision of the UAE Rulers was awe-inspiring, as they anticipated and shaped the future of their cities and country. The UAE’s remarkable development has turned it into a fantastic place for work, business, family life, and a safe and clean environment. Although I have traveled extensively, including to countries in Europe, Africa, North Asia, the Middle East, and the rest of Asia—even as far as New Zealand—nothing compares to the feeling of returning home to Dubai.

A Family Rooted in Ambition

Allow me to share a bit about my family background. My father graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from Surat, India. An interesting anecdote from my birth is that while my mother was giving birth to me, my father was taking his final exams in college. Back then, people tended to get married at a younger age. Seeking new opportunities, my father arrived in Dubai in 1973, and from that point forward, our family’s history intertwined with the city’s.
