My story of Moringa…

We are constantly bombarded with all sorts of health advices from social media, family, friends, and strangers who are supposedly looking out for you.

All the food that we were having, as #Indians, without a second thought, now suddenly have become superfoods like for eg. Moringa .

I found out that the drum stick that I am growing in my garden is actually moringa which I can get at the local grocery store as well. Now, it is supposedly a very healthy and beneficial #vegetable. Imagine super food growing in my ordinary garden and I was no even aware that I am a super food farmer (well not actually a farmer 😁)

Did you know?

      • Drumsticks contain high levels of iron, which helps prevent anemia. 
      • Drumsticks are a good source of calcium, which promotes strong bones and teeth. 
      • Drumsticks have anti-inflammatory properties, which can help reduce inflammation in the body.

So, now, you have super foods like pomegranate and different types of berries, such as blueberries and strawberries which were considered normal fruits when I was young. But now are called super foods
