I experienced something during a recent trip to Mumbai which left a lasting impression on me.
Having recently seen the movie #dunki and the scene by actor @anilgroverhere of a mime/bronze human statue In London, trying to make some money from passersby’s. I came across a real life human statue at our very own Gateway of India in Mumbai.
It was a very touching moment. How people from all walks of life try to make a living and make ends meet.
I don’t know his name (though I should have asked) but he was friendly enough to take pictures with me and my son.
I wish I could have helped him more than I did. If you happen to meet him at the gateway in Mumbai, make sure you help him out as well.
Some experiences in life leave a mark on you. You realize how much God has given you in life and how a lot of gratefulness and kindness is needed in this world.
My trips to my India are always very humbling and also it takes me back to my roots and the place where I was born.
